I've worked as a relief emergency vet across multiple hospitals in Massachusetts. Night after night, I watched pet owners face unexpected costs, wrong-fit referrals, and the exhausting process of calling practice after practice to find care. Refett is what I wish existed when those pet owners walked through the door.

Why this exists

We've all had the same experience. A pet owner walks in without knowing what to expect — financially or clinically. The appointment becomes harder than it needs to be, for everyone involved.

Refett gives pet owners the information they need before they ever reach a clinic — so by the time they arrive, they already know what services are available, what it costs, and how to pay for it.

What we're building

Refett is a veterinary discovery directory where pet owners can browse by location, services offered, specialties, financing options accepted, and estimated pricing — before they ever pick up the phone.

Where we are
